Champions of Care

First and foremost, Thank You to everyone who has already taken the time to nominate a home healthcare champion. Every nomination we have received has reinforced exactly why we started this initiative. There are incredible healthcare professionals providing care in our communities every day, and their dedication deserves to be recognized and celebrated.

As we looked ahead to our planned October awards gala, we made the decision to give this initiative something very important: more time to grow.

We want to reach an even wider audience, hear more stories from across our communities, and give as many people as possible the opportunity to recognize the health care providers who have made a meaningful difference in their lives.

For that reason, we are extending our nomination period and moving our awards celebration to Fall 2027.

And the exciting part is, nominations remain open!

If there is a healthcare hero who has gone above and beyond, made a difficult day a little easier, supported someone when they needed it most, or simply demonstrated what exceptional care looks like, we want to hear their story.

To everyone who has already submitted a nomination; Thank You. Your nomination remains part of this initiative, and we are incredibly grateful that you took the time to recognize someone special.

Over the coming year, we will continue to share updates, stories, and information through our social media channels as we build toward an even bigger celebration in Fall 2027.
